How to Enrol

 

 

Step 01: Select the training you want to undertake and choose one of the following payment options:

 

Payment Option 1: Payment using a Credit /Debit Card.

Please click the relevant training link below and pay using a credit/debit card. Please make sure you have the necessary approvals beforehand.

Payment Option 2: Payment by an Invoice

Get the line manager’s approval and send the following information to andrew.thomson@saferedge.com copying the Global Security Lead Javeria.malik@actionaid.org  

  1. Which E-training are you interested in? ActionAid’s International Travel Safety Course or E-HEAT

  2. Name and email of the trainee(s)?  

  3. Name and email of the budget holder /approver?

  4. Name of the ActionAid Member Country, Global Secretariat Unit or Project responsible for payment: 

  5. Name and email where the invoice should be sent. Safer Edge will send the invoice to the email address indicated.  

  6. Budget codes, if available:   

 

Step 02: After your request is processed, you will receive the log-in details directly from Safer Edge usually within a few hours (in case of delay, please check your spam folder)

 

Step 03: Start your learning journey and send the completion certificate to your HR with a copy emailed to sec.training@actionaid.org. GS staff should upload the certificate on their BambooHR profile.  You will have access to the online learning portal for 12 months after the purchase date.
